Our professional reputation is based on the outstanding service we provide and not pressurizing our potential clients in any way to do business with Smart Estates. We believe in providing a professional service and being the recommended Estate agent by clients.

We have constantly reviewed, measured, and improved our services based on what competitors offer, and with that in mind, we have launched our "Fixed fee No Sale No Fee" the first of its kind in South Birmingham and Solihull from a High Street Estate agent.

Our marketing strategy is designed to maximize exposure for your property. We understand that the internet is where people search for properties to buy, so we advertise properties on our website, property portals, and social media. Approximately three quarters of all our enquiries come from internet advertising.

We also provide eye-catching 'For Sale' boards which certainly attract the eye of passing traffic. Approximately a quarter of enquiries come from the board, so it is beneficial to have one. Your property will also be displayed in the window of our office, and we are also able to produce brochures to post, give out to people if required, or email electronic copies on immediate requests.

We take professional photographs for all of our marketing material at no extra cost to you. Accompanied viewings are available seven days a week till 8:00 PM, ensuring that we can accommodate potential buyers at a time that suits them. We also provide feedback on all viewings and weekly sales progress reports to keep you informed throughout the selling process.
