Our Story

Our journey began when Colin Whittaker, FRICS, left the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, and qualified as a Land Agent. With a wide range of experience in modern and traditional Land Agency and Chartered Surveyors' offices in Derbyshire, Lancashire, Leicestershire, and Lincolnshire, Colin went on to establish Whittaker & Co in Kendal. Over the years, Colin has built a reputation for providing exceptional service, local knowledge, and expertise in the area.
