In 2023, AMPMni became the first estate agent in the UK and Ireland to specialise in Passivhaus properties. Passivhaus is the gold standard of homebuilding, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. Our staff have undergone comprehensive training with the Passive House Association Ireland (PHAI) and are well-versed in the principles and benefits of Passive House living.
