Our Properties

Our property portfolio currently includes a range of options to suit various needs and preferences.

1. Four-bedroom detached property - This spacious property is located just 300 yards from the beach and features a large kitchen, downstairs cloakroom and utility, en-suite master bedroom, and a double detached garage with electric doors. The property is unfurnished and is currently let.

2. Executive four-bedroom detached property - This stunning property boasts large gardens, a large kitchen, separate utility room, loft room, and a downstairs cloakroom. The property is unfurnished and is currently let.

3. Three-bedroom semi-detached property - This property features a south-facing garden, detached garage, and is unfurnished. This property is currently not available.

All of our properties are fitted with gas central heating and double glazing, ensuring that tenants are comfortable year-round. We take pride in the fact that our properties are situated in excellent residential areas, with easy access to transport links, good schools, and shops. Our traditional family homes are well-suited for children, with good safe gardens.

Our Services

At Rentawhile.co.uk, we offer transparent and affordable services, ensuring that tenants have a hassle-free experience when renting a property from us. We do not charge inventory fees, check-in or check-out fees, contract fees, or any of the other many charges that tenants might face with a traditional agent. We only charge tenants their rent, and an initial referencing fee, which is required to show their commitment so that we can hold the property while the referencing is being completed.

What Happens Next?

If you have viewed one of our properties and compared it with what else is generally available, you will understand that we take extra care to offer truly special homes. To keep doing this, we also must have truly special tenants. We can't tell simply by meeting someone how well they will take care of our properties or whether they will fulfill their side of a rental agreement. Therefore, we do need a referencing process.

We have developed an approach which, over time, generally works well for all parties. In most cases, our tenants take care of the properties, and our relationship is one of mutual respect and consideration. When tenants finally move on, we usually part on good terms, find we can usually return all or at least most of the security deposit and give them a glowing reference for the next landlord.

If you are interested in renting one of our properties, we require some information from you to start the referencing process. We will need to verify your employment, income, and previous rental history. We use an insurance company to handle the referencing process, and the fee for this service is currently 50. Once the referencing is complete and you have passed, we issue you with an insurance policy that covers our risks should you decide you are not going to be a good tenant.
