Tenant Management

At Hazel Foxton Rentals, we understand the importance of tenant management. To ensure a smooth tenancy, we offer a comprehensive referencing service, including:

• Professional referencing agency checks
• Identification and verification of tenants
• Requirements for tenants:

+ Gross month income: minimum 2 x monthly rent

+ Permanent employment in the UK for the last 6 months

+ Guarantor or 6 months' rent in advance

• Guarantor requirements: monthly income 3 x the monthly rent
• Deposit: collected from the tenant at the start of the tenancy to cover dilapidations and damages
• Registered with an accredited Tenancy Deposit Scheme
